What to do in case of fraud
Do this immediately:
- Block your card immediately.
- If you use the Swiss Bankers app, block your card immediately. This way, further abusive transactions can be prevented. Or block your card by calling our Customer Service on +41 31 710 12 15.
- Report your suspicions of fraud immediately to our Customer Service at +41 31 710 12 15 or email@example.com.
- Please complete the online disputed Transactions form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
