What to do in case of loss or theft

Do this immediately:

  1. Block the card yourself with one click via the Swiss Bankers app as soon as you notice the loss. This way, fraudulent transactions cannot compromise your current budget.
  2. Or have your card blocked by our customer service on +41 31 710 12 15.

Whether the card is stolen or lost – either way, a replacement card with the balance of the missing or stolen card will be sent to you – a call to customer service is all it takes.
