What you can do to protect yourself from fraud and misuse of your account in general.

  1. Download the app, open it and add your card.

  2. Click Card Settings & PIN code.
  3. Adjust your settings under Security:
  • Block and unblock your card for purchases as required.
  • Block and unblock use of the card for online betting and gambling as required.
  • Block and unblock contactless payment as required.
  • If you lose your card, you can immediately block it yourself.
  • Use geoblocking to block and unblock payments in specific regions.
  • You can change your PIN code at any time.
  • Turn on push notifications in order to be informed immediately any time the card is used for a transaction.

Tips.

  • If you only use your card occasionally (such as for travel), you can temporarily block your Swiss Bankers card using the app.
  • Check your card account at least once a month with the app.

  • Use the push notification feature to verify every transaction made.

Order your replacement card directly in the app

We want to offer you an even more convenient and efficient service: ordering replacement cards is now available directly via the Swiss Bankers app – fast, secure, and accessible 24/7.

It’s very simple:
Open the Swiss Bankers app, select “General Settings” from the menu, then tap “Replace Card.” Then just follow the instructions.

Note:
At the moment, ordering a replacement card via the app is only possible in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
