If you suspect a fraud attempt, please use the self-service feature “Replace Card” immediately.
This self-service automatically initiates the entire process – so there’s no need to manually block your card beforehand!

Order your replacement card quickly and securely via the app:
The replacement card ordering service is now available in the Swiss Bankers app – fast, secure, and accessible 24/7.

It’s that simple:

  1. Open the Swiss Bankers app.

  2. In the menu, select “Card settings & PIN”, then “Replace card”.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Suspected fraud and you don’t have the app yet? You should get it immediately.

  1. Report any suspected fraud immediately to our customer service or via: info@swissbankers.ch.

  2. Please fill out the online form for disputed Transactions and send it to info@swissbankers.ch if fraudulent transactions have occurred.
