Why are the conditions for cash withdrawals being adjusted?
Swiss Bankers reviews market conditions at regular intervals and adjusts prices accordingly. These reviews are necessary to ensure that our services remain competitive and fair at all times. One important factor in these adjustments is the rate of inflation, which affects the costs of providing cash services.
Are the fees for cash withdrawals lower with other providers?
Providers of prepaid and credit cards typically charge 3.75% for a cash withdrawal (as of September 2024). Swiss Bankers offers a rate of 2%. This adjustment underscores our commitment to continue offering our customers highly attractive terms while taking market conditions and economic developments into account.
Do I have to add the minimum amounts to the percentage calculation?
No, the initial assumption for the calculation is 2%. If the fees per withdrawal are below the respective minimum amount (CHF/EUR/USD 2.– / 5.– / 7.50), the 2% percentage rate is not applied and only the minimum amount is charged.
