In the Swiss Bankers app, you’ll find all the ways to load your card under “Load.”

Will Life continue to be sold through other channels?
Yes, the Life Card is offered directly by Swiss Bankers through its own website and app. It is also available from over 200 sales partners.

I forgot my PIN. What should I do?
If your Life Card is already activated in the Swiss Bankers app, you can easily set a new PIN under “Card Settings & PIN.”
If your card isn’t yet registered in the app, please add it first. To do so, tap the red plus icon in the upper-right corner of the main menu and select “Add Card.”
If you’re using the Swiss Bankers app on your device for the first time or have just created a new app account, please contact our customer service.
How much can I load onto the card?
The minimum top-up amount is CHF 100; the maximum top-up amount, or maximum card balance, is CHF 10,000.
How can I activate shopping insurance on my Life Card?
If you've loaded at least CHF 1,000 onto your Life card within the last 12 months, you can activate shopping insurance for a full year at no cost.
