Yes, the cashback applies to both the Booking.com website and the app.
Does the cashback apply to all accommodations on Booking.com?
No, the cashback only applies to accommodations marked by Booking.com. The corresponding cashback amount will be displayed below the accommodation price and the selected room.
Does the cashback also apply to discounted accommodations?
Yes, the cashback also applies to discounted accommodations if it is displayed.
I don't have a Booking.com account, can I still benefit?
No, to benefit from the cashback, you need a Booking.com account as well as a Travel card for booking the accommodation.
Can I withdraw the cashback?
No, the cashback is credited as travel credit to your Booking.com Wallet and cannot be withdrawn in cash.
How do I receive the cashback?
The cashback is credited to your personal Booking.com Wallet.
When will I receive the cashback?
The cashback will be credited to your Booking.com Wallet after your departure and takes at least 64 days. Your bank may require an additional month to credit the cashback.
What can I do with the balance in the Booking.com Wallet?
You can use the balance for accommodation, flight, car rental, attraction, pre-paid taxi, and all insurance bookings. Please note that not all accommodations accept Wallet payments. Accommodations that accept them are marked "Pay with Wallet."
Who is eligible to benefit from the cashback?
To benefit from the cashback, the booking must be paid with the Swiss Bankers Travel card. No cashback will be paid when using other payment methods.
How do I receive the cashback?
The cashback can only be paid out if you have created a Booking.com account. The email address of the account must match the one used to make the booking. You can create an account even after making the booking to benefit from the cashback.
How long can I benefit from the cashback?
The offer is valid indefinitely, but can be changed or discontinued by Booking.com within 5 days. If you have booked your accommodation before the offer expires, you will still benefit from the cashback if you stay at the accommodation at a later date.
How often can I benefit from the cashback?
As often as you want during the specified promotional period. Once the promotion is over, there is no longer any entitlement.
Where can I find the Booking.com Wallet?
Sign in to your Booking.com account. Then click on your name in the upper right corner. Select "Rewards & Wallet" from the drop-down list to access your Wallet.
