The prize draw is organised by Swiss Bankers Prepaid Services Ltd (hereinafter: “the Organiser”).
The prize draw is open to all individuals over 18 who are resident in Switzerland except employees of the Organiser, its cooperation partners, the involved influencers, employees of third-party companies associated with the administration of the prize draw and their relatives and household members.
Entry is free of charge.

The prize of this competition is a pair of our stylish hiking socks.
The competition runs from 15.09.2021, 00:00 CEST until 31.10.2021, 24:00 CEST. Late entries, regardless of the reason, will not be considered. Multiple entries per eligible person are permitted.
The winner will be notified by the organizer within one month after 31.10.2021, at the latest on 30.11.2021, via the e-mail address provided upon entry. If the winner cannot be reached within three days or does not reply to the e-mail sender within this period, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a winner will be selected again at random.
The voucher for the main prize will be handed over by registered mail to the postal address in Switzerland provided by the participant when entering the prize draw.
The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
The Organiser reserves the right to change the dates of the prize draw or terminate the prize draw at any time and without prior notice. This right applies, in particular, if the functionality of the Organiser’s systems is limited due to technical or other reasons or there is reason to suspect that a participant has attempted to manipulate the results of the draw.
Participation through automated processes and any other type of manipulation or attempt thereof (including by third parties) is prohibited. Any breaches and attempted breaches of the terms and conditions will lead to exclusion from participation.
Especially in such cases, the Organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant from the prize draw, revoke a prize or demand that a prize be returned.
The Organiser will not be liable for any direct, indirect or specific losses or damages that were incurred by any participant as a result of their participation and connected to faults in the communication or electricity lines, downtimes of mobile network operators, effects of malware, unfair practices by third parties carried out in order to gain unauthorised access to and/or disable the software and/or hardware of the Organiser or caused by force majeure. In such events, the Organiser will not be liable for reimbursing any expenses incurred by the participants.
The privacy policy laid down in www.swissbankers.ch/en/rechtliches/data-protection/ applies.
The applicable law is exclusively Swiss law to the exclusion of conflict of law rules.
If individual provisions of these terms of participation are invalid or contradict legal provisions, the legal provisions, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Legal recourse is excluded.
