What is a digital prepaid credit card?
The loadable digital credit card offered by Swiss Bankers works like a normal prepaid card. The only difference is that the card exists solely on your smartphone.
How can I top up credit?
You can conveniently top up your credit via the Swiss Bankers app, by bank transfer, debit/credit card or PostFinance Pay. The credit is available immediately after topping up. The minimum top-up amount is CHF 100, and the maximum top-up amount or maximum card balance is CHF 10,000.
Where can I use the Life Digital card?
The Life Digital card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted – online, in apps and at international retailers. It is also suitable for subscriptions and digital services.
Are there any fees for using the Life Digital card?
Yes, the monthly fee is CHF 2.90 and is deducted directly from the card balance. Additional fees may apply depending on usage (e.g. foreign currency conversion). Details can be found in the terms and conditions.
How do I check my credit balance?
You can view your current balance and all transactions at any time in the Swiss Bankers app. There you also have the option of downloading your account statement.
