Always safe: protect yourself against fraud

Protection is easy.

Check your payments, transactions and card balance monthly. The easiest way is to use the Swiss Bankers app: After each transaction you will receive a notification on your mobile phone. This allows you to track every debit and directly identify fraudulent transactions.

What to do in case of fraud attempts?

1. Block your card immediately

  • If you use the Swiss Bankers app, block your card immediately. This way, further abusive transactions can be prevented.
  • Or block your card by calling our Customer Service on +41 31 710 12 15.

2. Report your suspicions to us immediately

  • Report your suspicions of fraud immediately to our Customer Service at +41 31 710 12 15 or info@swissbankers.ch.

3. Submit a complaint about a transaction
