In the event of loss or theft of your travelers cheques or if you encounter difficulties cashing them, please call Customer Service (American Express) in person for the country you're in. A multilingual staff will assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere in the world.

Please note that you must indicate the serial numbers of any stolen or lost travelers cheques as well as place and date of purchase.
